A Hollywood Estate

I seem to be out of the loop as of late so this home may have already made its way around blog land. I am just not certain, but I fell head over heels once I saw it. It's the home of Sheryl Crow as seen in Architectural Digest. It seems I should pick up a issue. AD has stepped up its game a bit and I rather like it. It's just what I need...another magazine to become addicted to. HA.

Gluten Free Cookies - the recipe

Here is the recipe for the gluten free and vegan cookies that I mentioned last week in my "what I eat" post. I found the recipe on the Honeyville's Almond Flour bag that I bought in bulk. I now store it in a glass jar in the fridge. The recipe was given by Elana's Pantry, but I she uses 1/2 cup of agave nectar and I read something not so great about it so I am sticking with pure honey. I LOVE this recipe hope you do too! Just remember I haven't had a "real" cookie in almost 2 months, ha.

*update - thought it was a given, but just in case it is not make sure the products bought are gluten free. I can buy regular "real" chocolate chips that have been processed in a factory that may also process wheat, but some people must buy strictly gluten free. It has to be stated on the bag if this is your case. And by real I mean it is chocolate not chocolate plus 50 other ingredients. Ha.

A Desk

I have been on the hunt for a new desk for months. I haven't come across one that will work in our space. Either it's too big, too small, or too expensive. As I went through my inspiration folder I came across this office designed by Ashley Goforth. I ADORE it. The desk is truly amazing and I am wondering how difficult it would be to make one myself. What do you think, doable? In my head it seems easy enough, but of course what is in my head is not always a reality. Would love to know your thoughts!
